Signora Maria does all the shopping herself, buying only first-rate ingredients, and to guarantee fresh fish every day she keeps on very good terms with local fischermen's wives ! True to the tradition of Romagna home-made pasta is prepared twice a week, and sometimes there's even home-baked bread! All cakes and desserts are made in the hotel's own kitchens. Every day, the dining room offers a choice of two menus, one of which includes fish. And every Wednesday, a big buffet with an exceptional variety of dishes alternates with an evening of live music and enterteinment. And for early morning departures? Just like in any family, even if you have to leave at 5 in the morning, Signora Maria wiil make you a good hot coffee before you go, waving you off with a touch of regret at having to say goodbye.
